kashmiri paneer recipe

 simple recipe for Kashmiri Paneer:

Ingredients:
- 250g paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until they turn translucent.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
3. Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
4. Reduce the heat and add the yogurt and cream. Stir continuously until well combined.
5. Add the turmeric, red chili powder, fennel powder, garam masala, and dry ginger powder. Mix well.
6. Add the paneer cubes and gently stir to coat them with the sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped cilantro.
8. Serve your delicious Kashmiri Paneer with rice or naan.
